Terrible idea, they went too far with armor nerf in the beta. It needs a buff and armor alows counter play. They should revert back to how armor was before the nerf, instead decrease movement speed with level 3 armor.

Couldn't disagree more. They've already nerfed the daylights out of armor and not just once either. Level 3 barely gives an advantage anymore. .45 at short range melts all armor types. Most ammo types do, actually. The only to nerf it any more would be to make ALL just Level 1 which perhaps is what you want. But in my experience, TTK is NOT too long.
